hufflepuff-ers (any year) quidditch team mates, people to practice with (she'll do her best to keep you from getting knocked about by bludgers!), basement roommies, possibly some fellow occasional rule-breaking hungry late night snackers (hufflepuff common room is near the kitchens....) mischief managed (any house or year) speaking of rule-breaking; hyeri does occasionally delve in that art in favor of exploration. it's not something she does all the time, but there have been times when she's cut corners in order to have some fun. we'd love some partners in "crime" (adventurers welcome) or those who may have caught her in the act and disapproved/scolded her; calling all prefects! doting sibling (any house, years 6-7) figuratively speaking, that is. a big brother or sister to look after her, preferably someone she could be affectionate towards. alternatively, someone who gives off a slightly less amiable older sibling vibe who calls her obnoxious and she likes to mildly irritate, but it's all in harmless fun. blood is thicker (any house or year) a pure-blood relative from her father's side who disapproves of his marrying a muggle and tainting their pristine ancestry would definitely cause some tension with hyeri. (other relatives are welcome as well! her mother's family are all muggles; or childhood friends from knaresborough.) x's and o's (any house, preferably years 6-7) dreamy sighs and lovelorn looks at a couple of older students or young, hip professors. nothing serious, just for a bit of fun. an any-year friend who would gush and giggle with hyeri over so-and-so, we need you, too! anything-goes (any house or year) my absolute favorite lines are the creative and whacky ones. maybe hyeri accidentally blew a hole in your text book, or the two of you formed an unlikely friendship over tea leaf reading in divination, or maybe she shared her last rations of drooble's best with you in class and the two of you became involved in a covert operation not to get caught blowing unpoppable blue bubbles. maybe you were there with her from her very first year. we can brainstorm together! misc (any house or year) fellow fifth years, study buds, best pals, friends to love on and pour her affections onto, friends to goof around with, serious friends to keep her grounded, friends to rough house with/bring out her tom boy side, those who like herbology/CoMc/divination, pure-bloods who aren't relatives who might disapprove anyway, a quidditch rival from another team.... and we're open to any ideas you might have; commenting here or PM is the best bet for me right now, until I can make an aim. comments are screened. :)

hufflepuffs unite (and your app gave me such wonderfully dreamy vibes)! i can see these two having so many spur of the moment adventures. they definitely have plenty of places to have met, but maybe they really hit it off through some common interests like CoMC?

oh, thank you :) i love that idea, maybe hyeri could fill up your 'tomboy' plot for you? since they're in different years, maybe we could incorporate this out of the classroom somehow. hyeri could have met her in an area slytherins and hufflepuffs would be likely to see each other, like the great hall, or even just around the grounds. she could have been working on a last minute herbology project, something icky, and could have potentially run into her that way, which could induce all kinds of squeamishness!

i can definitely send them a message asking if they might be interested in filling up that line, sure!

big sister-esque lines would be much appreciated; maybe she would be someone who hyeri could turn to for little pieces of advice or homesickness and whatnot? she'd definitely be rooting for her to get that captain position on the team. and sure, they could share late night snack sessions when sleep has run away from the both of them! she would gladly share any of the sugary confectionery she has lying around in her dorm room.
